A plasticiser is added to a rigid polymer (most commonly PVC) to make it soft and flexible. Its molecules sit between the polymer chains and let them slide past one another, lowering the material's stiffness and glass-transition temperature so the same resin can make anything from pipe to flexible film.
Every shipment is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Additional export documentation is prepared to suit the destination and mode of shipment.
