Active pharmaceutical ingredients, veterinary APIs and feed additives, intermediates and excipients, supplied against pharmacopoeial monographs with the analytical documentation regulatory buyers are required to hold on file.

Confirmation of whether the grade can be met, the packing and documentation set proposed for your destination, and an FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP price — normally within one business day of a complete enquiry.
From sample and research quantities through part-container consignments to full-container and ISO tank loads. Minimum quantity is set by the grade and the packing rather than by a single company-wide rule.
Advance, part-advance against balance on documents, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Terms are agreed per order and per relationship, and set out in writing before acceptance.
One export desk from quotation to delivery, correspondence in English, and a named contact who holds the file regardless of which qualified plant produced the material.
Certificate of analysis, GHS safety data sheet, technical data sheet, certificate of origin, invoice and packing list as standard, with dangerous goods and IMDG or IATA paperwork prepared ahead of booking for regulated cargo.
If a grade cannot be met we say so at enquiry stage. We do not accept an order and reconcile the difference at the port.
The specification agreed at quotation is what the batch is released against — and what is printed on the COA.
An unusable document set is a failed delivery. Paperwork is prepared to the destination's requirements, not to a template.
Manufacturer, packing, freight and clearance sit with us. The customer has one number to call when something needs to move.
