Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (AI Form for ASEAN–India preference), Certificate of Analysis and a GHS Material Safety Data Sheet in Vietnamese.
Chemical imports are declared to the Vietnam Chemicals Agency under the Chemicals Law and Decree 113/2017/ND-CP. Products on the declaration list need a chemical declaration lodged before customs clearance.
